- Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor results, costs and benefits.
- Develop engaging, creative , and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to promote brand awareness and brand-focused messages to engage the online community.
- Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns ensuring design and layouts are consistent, optimized , and mobile-friendly.
- Management of social communities - replying to messages, responding to comments, and regularly engaging with customers.
- Write and proof copy for all Social Media channels, websites, blogs, CRM emails, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail across various parts of the customer journey
- Create graphic design content: developing concepts, graphics , and layouts for social media, and any subsequent campaigns.
- Create video content for social media channels. (Desirable).
- Good SEO experience (Mandatory)
